Yes, safety is our top priority. Our teen classes are highly structured and supervised by professional coaches (1 coach per 8 students). We focus on technical control and discipline before introducing any high-intensity sparring, ensuring a safe environment for everyone.
Absolutely! For teens who are interested, we offer competition opportunities. While competition is not mandatory, it’s a great way for students to test their skills, build resilience, and gain confidence under pressure.
No experience is necessary. Our Teens program is perfect for beginners. We make starting easy and welcoming, focusing on fundamental concepts that allow anyone to jump in and start learning from day one.
Unlike repetitive gym exercises, BJJ is “human chess.” It challenges the mind as much as the body. Teens learn problem-solving, timing, and real-world skills through interactive drills and games, making it much more engaging than a treadmill.
No uniform is required for the trial. Your teen can wear regular athletic gear like a t-shirt and shorts/joggers. We provide a friendly, ego-free environment so they can focus on having fun and learning.
